Sunday School classes start at 9:30 AM
At NorthPark we believe parents, teachers and the church are in partnership to encourage our children and youth in the faith. We seek to provide an atmosphere in which children and youth identify church as a place where they feel accepted, affirmed and loved, as well as a sense of belonging.
Children
On Sunday morning, we present biblical stories as the basis for our Christian faith and understanding, We present lessons in ways that invite everyone to engage in hands-on experiences with learning and mission.

Youth
Youth at NorthPark are an integral part of the congregation and are encouraged to explore their faith and how it impacts their daily life. Sunday morning the youth are led through Bible studies and topical discussions by adult volunteer leaders. The youth plan and lead a worship service for the congregation and have the opportunity to participate in Confirmation. Fellowship and serving activities, as well as retreats and mission trips, offer impactful experiences for the youth in their faith journey.
Youth (7-12 Grades) meet in the Youth Lounge.
Presbyterian Youth Connection (PYC)
NorthPark's youth meet once a month for PYC. Generally on Saturday evenings, PYCs include dinner, activities, and fellowship with some PYCs centered around serving for church events or mission projects. Parent volunteers and Youth Sponsors support PYC by providing food and chaperones. PYC is a perfect opportunity to be with church friends and bring new friends to join the fun.
Please contact Kathy McCarron for questions concerning children and youth.
Post High School
During the school year, post high schoolers meet on Zoom 1-2 times per month for prayer requests and Bible or faith studies. The group gathers in-person during holidays/school breaks in the Dallas area for fellowship. In the summer, the group join the Young Adults gatherings.
